Please help!! 22 weeks pregnant and tugged on belly button

I'm in the beginning stage of feeling my baby kick.. so I took a video of him

Kicking and I saw that my belly button was really dirty.. so I got a q-tip and was trying to clean it out.. at the bottom my belly button there was this clump of what looks like dirt.. so I got tweezers to try and remove it and it just wouldn't come out.. I showed my mom, and she said that it's probably attached to the baby. I freaked out.. but Im sure I'm not supposed to mess with it, but I really thought it was just dirt.. I called after hours and left a voicemail with my doctor. Does anyone know anything about this? Should I be worried?
